Fixed points of generalized contractive mappings in ordered metric spaces

Abstract

The existence theorems of fixed points for mappings satisfying a new generalized contractive condition, involving some well-known contractive conditions of integral type, in ordered metric spaces are proved. Some comparative examples are given which illustrate the valued of the obtained results in comparison to some of the existing ones in literature.
