ON SYMMETRIC MEIR-KEELER CONTRACTION TYPE COUPLINGS
Abstract
Recently, Choudhury et al. [6] introduced a class of mappings named as couplings.
Based on this concept, we introduce symmetric Meir-Keeler couplings and we ensure the existence
of strong coupled xed points. We present some concrete examples to support the
obtained results. Furthermore, as an application of our results, we investigate the existence of
a unique solution to a system of integral equations.
