Two theorems involving cyclic generalized proximal C-contractive non-self mappings

Abstract

This paper explores certain best proximity point expansions for a novel class of non-self-mapping $S:P \longrightarrow Q$ and $T:Q\to P$ called generalized proximal $C$-contractions of the first and second kinds. We expose many examples to justify our obtained results. Considerable fixed point results are evolved as a consequence of our main theorems.
