Persistence and Extinction of a Stochastic Cooperative Model in a Polluted Environment with Pulse Toxicant Input

Meng Liu, Chuanzhi Bai

Abstract

A cooperative model in a polluted environment with stochastic perturbation and impulsive toxicant input is proposed and studied. For each population, sufficient conditions for extinction, strong persistence in the
mean and stochastic permanence are established. The threshold between strong persistence in the mean and extinction is obtained. Some simulation figures are worked out to illustrate the main results.
